| At Jimbaran Bay, the Resort’s
dedicated meeting facility which can accommodate
up to 140 people for a reception is versatile and
centrally located. The U-shaped meeting room is
surrounded on three sides by glass windows and doors
and opens onto a verandah, perfect for coffee breaks.
Roll-down blinds on windows darken the room for
audio-visual presentations. |

| The meeting room is also equipped
with a professional sound board, amplifier and speaker
system for high fidelity sound amplification suitable
for musical entertainment or oral presentation.
A full range of business services include secretarial
support, translation, typing and transcription,
photocopying, courier, fax and computer. The Resort
can also offer the use of an Executive Boardroom
suitable for up to 14 people. |

The unique village-style arrangement
and design allows for a complete sense of ultra-personalised
service. 147 villas are divided into 7 “villages”
of 20 to 25 villas, each with its own village square.
A group can take over an entire village or two or
three. All one-bedroom villas (139) have over 2,100
square feet (200 square metres) of indoor/outdoor
space. Since every meeting attendee has a “suite”
arrangement, small private meetings and entertaining
can be easily arranged in any group member’s
villa. |

and the private estates. Our catering staff create
menus, events and programs designed to meet your
